F<\/a>irstly, if the transvaginal mesh or transvaginal tape fitted is defective, there can be grounds for a claim. Next, we can also look at any surgical or treatment errors that may have occurred, such as when implanting the mesh or tape, that could lead to discomfort or damage to the surrounding tissues and organs. This may have led to a drop in usage of the devices, but women are still having the procedure done and are still suffering problems.<\/p>\n<p>We are fighting for justice for these victims.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Our experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We have years of experience in the complex area of medical negligence and product liability law, and we are often one of the first law firms to take action when new incidents arise. In 2016, we were the first in England and Wales to initiate High Court action in the Volkswagen Emissions Scandal, one of the biggest legal actions ever seen in the UK.
