Can you claim for surgical mesh problems?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You can be eligible to make a claim for personal injury compensation<\/strong><\/a> if you\u2019re suffering with surgical mesh problems.<\/p>\n

We must establish some form of negligence on another party. This could be inadequate advice about the risks and problems you could face, or it could be a product claim against the manufacturer if we consider the mesh to be defective or inherently dangerous.<\/p>\n

We normally instruct an independent expert to provide us with a medico-legal report, and we use this report to prove the case, and to value the claim.
